PR438 landing gear failure

On November 23, 2012, Philippine Airlines Flight 438 from Manila to Nagoya, registered RP-C3335 took off from Manila's Runway 06 and while its wheels were retracting, the nose gear wasn't fully retracted. They diverted back to Manila's Runway 06, the same place where they took off and didn't expect to steer back to the terminal but the plane landed with damaged landing gear doors and the nose section suffered minor damage. The plane is now repaired.
